Q. Why should we consider a Demonstration jump for our event?

A. The excitement and flare of a skydiving show will:
- Increase event attendance
- Make the event or activity unforgettable
- Provide a remarkable Name recognition for the sponsor at public gathering

Q. How would the Sponsor receive recognition?

A. There are many ways.
1. Jumpers can trail a company banner during the jump
2. Radio or television advertisements about the event
3. Sponsors can have a parachute designed with their company name and or logo, a flying billboard if you will.

Q. How much advanced notice is required?

A. A forty-five day notice is requested by the FAA.

Q. What does a basic demonstration jump consist of?

A. A typical Demonstration jump consists of four jumpers exiting at approximately 5000 feet. At least one of the jumpers will trail a 20 x 400 foot American flag providing a spectacular show of patriotism. The remaining three jumpers trail red, white & blue smoke.

Q. What other stunts can you perform?

A. There are a variety of options:
- Star Burst - jumpers build a circle and trail smoke while in freefall.
- CRW - Multiple parachutes stack and build formations in the air.
- Jump in costume - We can wear mascots provided by the sponsor.

Q. How many jumpers can there be?

A. Number of jumpers can range from 1 - 8

Q. Who can perform a Demonstration Jump?

A. There are strict rules established by the United States Parachute Association in accordance with the FAA as to who can perform a demonstration jump. These regulations allow different levels of demonstration jumps based on the experience level of the jumper. The highest level of Demonstration jump certification awarded is a Professional rating. A PRO rating allows jumpers to obtain authorization to exit over and land near large crowds in small landing areas. ALL Team Fastrax Demonstration jumpers hold a current USPA Professional rating.
